With a formidable workforce exceeding 1,000 committed employees and a cadre of over 100 experienced technical experts, we proudly possess a wealth of knowledge across various disciplines. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature a sturdy 230M3 blast furnace, enhanced by a remarkable 6000KW blast furnace gas waste heat generator set, promoting exceptional energy efficiency. Encompassing an area of 270,000 square meters, our infrastructure includes three expansive casting workshops and three precision-driven machining workshops, all supported by an autonomous 35KV power station. Our advanced automatic casting production lines enable mastery over techniques such as lost foam casting, coated sand casting, iron mold coated sand, and resin sand casting. This prowess allows us to reach a peak annual production capacity surpassing 600,000 tons of high-quality pig iron and ductile iron, in addition to more than 100,000 tons of various high-grade castings.
