Shijiazhuang HSPT Co., Ltd, located in Gaocheng, Shijiazhuang, is a manufacturer of industry parts, base on solid strength of our factory, we can provide below range of products, but not limited to,
Power transmission parts, such as V belt pulleys, poly-V pulleys, timing pulleys, taper bushes, weld on hubs, bolt on hubs… etc.
Various casting products, such as large lathe bed castings, truck wheelhubs, elevator parts, pump parts, motor /reducer housings, fan parts, power plant parts, farm machinery parts...etc.
Our main factory has more than 1000 employees, and more than 100 technical staffs of different kinds of professional. The company has one 230M3 blast furnace, equipped with 6000KW blast furnace gas waste heat generator set, three large casting workshops, three machining workshops, and one 35KV self-provided power station, covering a total area of 270, 000 square meters. It has many automatic casting production lines, such as lost foam casting process, coated sand casting process, iron mold coated sand casting process, resin sand casting process, etc. The annual output of high quality casting pig iron, ductile iron and high purity pig iron is more than 600, 000 tons, and all kinds of castings are more than 100, 000 tons.
