1. Constant silicon, low sulfur
Our company integrates the traditional smelting technology and modem scientific technology together, uses new equipment,new technology and new process, and adopts automatic self-complement system, preheating of hot air furnace, silicon control, desulphurization and other advanced production technology, which ensures silicon content of nodular cast iron fluctuates within ± 0.05,sulfur content is below 0.020.
2. Low titanium, low phosphorus, low vanadium
The key to reduce content of titanium, phosphorus, and vanadium in nodular cast iron is to chooser take quality iron powder in Benxi and iron ore from Brazil and Australia as main material. Company perature smelting to control titanium content in nodular cast iron under 0.030,and vanadium content under 0.015.
3. High-qualified national standard foundry pig iron
At present, there is very strict requirement on foundry pig iron in terms of Mn, Ti, and Cr content in China, In order to reduce costs for the clients, and improve casting quality, we use the scientific formula in smelting to make S content less than 0.030, divide Mn content between 0.20-0.70 into three groups,and keep Cr content less than 0.020.
